Trainer Gym AI is a native SwiftUI app for iPhone and iPad. It runs on iOS 17 and above and uses iOS-specific features that web or cross-platform fitness apps cannot match: Live Activities tick down rest timers on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, the Today widget shows the current streak, and finished workouts write to HealthKit so Apple Fitness, Apple Health, and third-party apps see the data without any export step.

The plan-generation engine is anchored in 17 peer-reviewed strength and conditioning meta-analyses. It supports 8 training types: gym strength training, running, yoga, combat sports, CrossFit, calisthenics, sport-specific conditioning, and rehabilitation.
